The workshop is about finding one’s own creative power and effectiveness with regard to planning your professional career and taking into account your personal diversity. In an assessment of the status quo, your potentials, and challenges will be identified with special regard to the unique identity and diversity dimensions that apply for you. Awareness of one’s own communication patterns, norms and values will be raised. We will look at the fundamentals of networking and plan resource-oriented networking strategies for your own career and practice them in initial steps.
