Trust and psychological safety are foundational elements that underpin successful leadership and thriving academic environments. In this dynamic leadership workshop, specifically tailored for academic women across all career stages, you will explore powerful strategies to cultivate trust and psychological safety to enhance collaboration, and foster innovation within the teams you work in.
Drawing on Amy Edmonson’s groundbreaking work on psychological safety, along with insights from neuro-leadership, positive psychology, and embodiment practices, this workshop empowers you to cultivate an environment where team members feel safe to express ideas, take creative risks, and engage wholeheartedly. You’ll learn to foster this climate by actively modeling the trust and openness you wish to inspire in others.
