Highly qualified women often navigate multiple tasks and contexts as they advance their careers inside and outside academia, coping with challenges, such as being “the only woman in the room” or “the first” in their family to pursue a particular career path.

This workshop is designed to empower you to take ownership of your own career with awareness of your own diversity. Also, we will amplify your competence on diversity, understanding the role of diversity and interculturality when working with teams and taking up leadership roles. We will explore how diversity has affected your journey so far, and how it can serve as an asset in the future. We will assess your current situation, identify your strengths and challenges with special attention to your personal values and the diversity factors that influence your path. We will also explore your core values, and the fundamentals of networking to help you purposefully develop a strategy that allows you to design your personal career path.
