Highly qualified women often navigate multiple roles and contexts as they advance their careers both within and beyond academia. Along the way, they may face challenges such as being “the only woman in the room” or being the first in their family or abroad to pursue a particular career path.
This workshop is designed to empower you to take ownership of your career development. Building on your experiences, skills, and competences — as well as the diversity dimensions in your life — we will strengthen your self-awareness, explore potential professional paths, and examine the role of diversity and interculturality in teamwork and leadership. Together, we will reflect on how diversity has shaped your journey so far and how it can become a valuable asset for your future career.
You will assess your current professional situation, identify your strengths and challenges, and gain deeper insight into your personal and core values. In addition, the workshop introduces key principles of effective networking to help you purposefully develop a strategy for designing your own career path.
