Networking Event for Female International Students, High Qualified Alumnae and Role Models

Join us for an inspiring networking event for female international students, high qualified alumnae, and role models who share migration backgrounds. This gathering offers a unique platform to exchange experiences and insights about building successful careers in Germany. Hear from accomplished professionals as they reflect on their individual journeys, revealing the key decisions and challenges they encountered while navigating the German labor market.

What makes a career takeoff successful? What are the subtle cultural nuances and unwritten rules in German workplaces that newcomers often discover only through experience? Our models will openly discuss these topics, providing invaluable advice on adapting to professional life in Germany and highlighting strategies to leverage your migration experience as a strength. You will have the opportunity to pose your questions and engage in meaningful conversations that empower you for your own career path.

We are looking forward to the insightful talk “Rethinking Power: Building My Career with Migration Experience” by the female empowerment coach Elham Thienhaus.

After the talk, we will enjoy our networking event with snacks and refreshments, where you can connect with peers, alumnae, and mentors in an informal setting. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to advance further, this event will inspire and support you in rethinking the power of your migration story as a foundation for personal and professional growth.

The event will take place in English, however it is possible to switch to German in the discussion and during the Role Model Sessions.
