Building on your experiences\, skills\, and competences — as well as the diversity dimensions in your life — we will strengthen your self-awareness\, explore potential professional paths\, and examine the role of diversity and interculturality in teamwork and leadership. Together\, we will reflect on how diversity has shaped your journey so far and how it can become a valuable asset for your future career.\nYou will assess your current professional situation\, identify your strengths and challenges\, and gain deeper insight into your personal and core values.
