This workshop supports participants in consciously developing their leadership identity, reflecting on their individual strengths, and creating strategies to enhance their visibility and impact. The aim is to empower participants to position themselves as confident leaders and to successfully navigate the unique opportunities and challenges that women in leadership roles encounter.
Through interactive exercises, peer feedback, and guided reflection, participants will explore the concept of female leadership, identify their strengths and competencies, become familiar with practical leadership tools, and work on their personal positioning and visibility. There will also be plenty of opportunities to discuss questions and challenges from participants’ own leadership practice.
